When we live in the Kingdom of God, we will have good success. Our success isn’t determined by the condition of the world, it’s determined by the position we take in the Kingdom of God. We have to hold fast to that which is good. God is good all the time. He wants to deposit what He has in us. In Romans 15, verse 13, He tells us,
“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Here, God wants us to abound in hope. The word hope means to have expectation to be successful in what He calls you to do. It’s by the power of the Holy Spirit that we can have an abundance of expectation. We must focus on the Holy Spirit to achieve this. It doesn’t come by our striving, but by His power. It is God, by His Spirit who is at work in us.
Phil. 2:13, “For it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.”
How can we fail, if it is God who is at work in us? The key here is that God Himself, by His Spirit, is at work in us and will fill us with all joy and peace in believing we will have good success. When things look difficult, just remember, it’s not too difficult for God.
Jer. 32:27, “Behold, I am the Lord the God of all flesh; is anything to difficult for me?”
In my life, I find that success comes when I stop getting in God’s way.
