| "Written by Linda, Roy's wife wrote: On Feb. 25th, 2010 Roy was body surfing in Mexico. He was slammed into the beach, head first, and injured his spinal cord at C3 and C4. He was paralyzed from the neck down, face down in the ocean. Eventually he took in water and suffered cardiac arrest. After an undetermined amount of time he was drug out of the surf without a pulse or breath. He had blue legs and arms. There is so much more to Roy's story, but the most important thing is that God was on the beach that day and brought Roy back to life and restored his spinal cord. Written by Roy: Neck injury. Central cord and right cord syndrome that led to tetra paralysis, mostly affecting right side (hand and arm). There has been considerable numbness in hands and feet. After prayer numbness is mostly eliminated in hands by at least 90%. Feet are much less numb, still tingling." - Roy J. on September 9th, 2011 | |
| "The Healing Rooms Ministry Team visited in January. It ws during this time that I received miraculous healing, and I have not been the same since! The first thing that ahppened after fervent prayer of the team, was that I was able to see my leg lift up and then go back down in a controlled movement. This had never happened before. I have been in the wheelchair tfor ten years. Paralyzed from mid-chest down all this time. Praise God for this miracle! My toes moved, and wiggled as well!! God is awesome! The next thing I felt, was a series of electrical sensations swirling around my feet, and going up and down my legs. This was a definite NEW sensation. I could no longer feel pain in my back. It left! Praise the Lord! The day after the conference was finished, I felt warm hands on my feet, and then could feel electrical surges going up and down my legs. I could feel large hands on my back. A few days later, I was heading home, and when I put my hands on the hand controls to put the brakes on, I felt all the muscles in my left leg contract, and get ready as if to put my foot on the brake! Praise God! The motor function is coming back! The electrical surges are continuing to this day, and sharp pins and needles all the way through my legs and feet. I went to the next healing conference in another town in February and it was there that I started to feel the electrical surges going up into my head, more intensely than at the previous convention. I hit the diret at the accident site with my head....I plowed a six foot trench with my head when I flew off my bike. I could feel all sorts of electrical surges going through my brain. I know God is healing any damage there, and restoring the motor function in my body. I could also feel electrical surges in my face. What I need to explain, is that before the Healing Room conference, and fervent prayer of the team, I felt numb.....but after the first conference, pins and needles and PAIN to a tremendous degree as the nerves started to regenerate!! I welcome the pain because I know that it means that my body is coming back to life. I am going to dance like David did! I am going to walk and run and leap for the Lord! God bless everyone for all your prayers, and keep me uplifted. The next time you see me, I will be delivered of that chair!
