*If defective,
exchange will be made for the same item only.

 

*If that item is no longer available,
we will exchange for another item

or a refund will be made.

 

If you need to exchange an item because it is defective, please email Bookstore@healingrooms.com

With your 1) invoice number, 2) name, 3) telephone number,

4) and a description of the damaged product.

 

A confirmation email will be sent when we have received your email.

If authorized to send defective product back to us, we will send an Authorization email to you.

Please include the Authorization letter in the return packaging.

 

*We will not accept unauthorized returns
