The Season of Revealing - Cal Pierce
We are entering into the end-time season where God will begin to reveal to us things that we have never seen or heard. (I Cor. 1:6-9) The purpose of this revealing is that we might know the things that God freely gives us from His Kingdom.
As we have entered into the year of the Open Door, it is important that we understand the significance of this. The word open door in Revelations 4:1 refers to revealing the things God has for us that we are to receive. We are to move from little power to great power in order to establish God's Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven. We cannot establish things we do not know. They must be revealed first. The open door does this. What God has freely given to us is revealed by the Holy Spirit, who is in us. (I Cor. 2:10)
We are being prepared to move into a demonstration of the Spirit and power. I Cor 2:4-5 Paul is telling us this:
"And my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom but in demonstration of the Spirit and power, that your faith should not rest on the wisdom of men but on the power of God."
This is telling us that our ministry will come with great signs and wonders when we rest our faith on the Holy Spirit who brings the power of God.
We will begin to hear and see with great vision. Our faith will not be subject to the wisdom of men but will be driven by the power of God. The kind of faith that moves vision into reality. We will begin to move into the "all things are possible" realm of God. This will activate the greater works into His body according to John 14:12. The Spirit of revelation will begin to reveal the hidden wisdom which has not entered the hearts of man. It will be revealed to all that God has prepared to receive it in this end-time.
