Hi there, I am suffering really bad stomach nausea and food posionung. I ate two days old pork dumplings :/ Im awlays eating the wrong food and old food, junk food and rubbish food. I need help to follow a keto diet and lose weight as i am 35 kilos overweight. Please help all of our family memebrs also and get rid of our "fat" genes as everyon has them on both my mom and dad's sides of the family. Thankyou so much. I also have a bad tooth and gum infection. My mum has diabetes and has the spirit of death on her and is so old, I dont know what is wrogn with her. She is old and cant drive much now.
