I have a head splitting headache which is making me want to vomit. It’s been hours. It’s so heavy and black I can’t see. I have incredible lower back and disc injury pain I can’t sleep or walk or lie flat. My hip is out and I’m in agony all over. I really need a spouse too. I’m living in a Heavy domestic and spiritual physical, emotional, psychological, abuse and violence situation. Thankyou.
