Extremely bad chest pain. A broken heart. Really want my ex to contact me. I repent for what I did or said to turn him away. Please protect him and bring him back. Extremely bad lower back pain, kidney, bladder and bowel infection. I have four slipped discs and two pinched nerves. I am in agony. I have food poisoning also now from eating chicken. I feel really sick and dizzy and nauseas. Thankyou
