Hi there, I am suffering with a bad hip injury, knee injury, lower back pain, four bulging discs in my back and neck and a really uncomfortable bed making it worse, after a massive high impact car accident, with soft tissue damage and brain and neck injuries. I have concussion, two pinched nerves and can't walk or sleep, the pain is so bad. I also have developed a urinary tract, uterus, kidney, bladder and boewl infection as I can't clean the house or bathroom well or cook and I live in a share house. No-one will help me. The insurance company is being difficult and I can't find physiotherapist to help me. Please help me escape from the cult I am in, who I live amongst and keep cursing me to be more sick and I can't get well. Thankyou
