My back pain is really extreme. I need some friends. I have no church family or real family or friends. I am homeless. I am losing my eyesight. My father is really sick from poisoning and sea sickness combined. Thankyou I have blocked ears. My mum is sick, low and high blood pressure and fear and worry. I have heart trouble and need help to get a job and work again please. I need help with my visa please. Thankyou
