Im living in a heavy domestic violence situation with spiritual and emotional, physical abuse. Im really scared all the time. I have a really bad migraine. I need help to be well enough to travel in a plane and a boat as i get air sick, sea sick, bus sick, car sick. I get vertigo up high really bad and fear of heights. I get really sick in lifts also. My head is really sick. I have fear, anxiety, concussion, nausea, trauma, head, neck, spine and back injuries. Thankyou
