I have a brain injury and concussion. I can’t sleep and it is 3:30am. I hav terrible back, back and hip injuries and I’m in so much pain. I have vertigo and nausea, food poisoning and I have to get up early. I was in a big car accident and my hearing is really sensitive and all my muscles and soft tissue hurt. I shake when I walk or stand. Thankyou.
