I’m really, really sick and nauseas and have a terrible headache 24/7 for three months now plus vomiting and diarrhoea, possibly coeliac disease. I’m in the middle of a terrible fight and have bad lower back injuries. I really need a job and my brain to be healed. Also my spine and ears / hearing. Thankyou.
