Please help me. 67-year-old woman along with service dog. Cancer survivor. Purple Heart Mom. Hide from my abusive family. I just moved here from Washington. To Hopkins. I’m not well. I’m scared. I’ve been on prescription anxiety medicine for 50 years for panic attacks. It’s only to be prescribed for four weeks. It’s Valium. I don’t drink I don’t smoke. I don’t do anything. I took it by prescription only and I’m very sick. I am in a taper medically supervised. It’s making me very sick. I’ve grown intolerant to the medicine and I can’t stop at cold turkey or it will kill me. Night times are the worst. I feel like the enemy is going to win this time. I’m terrified and I don’t know what to do . Please help me.
