Sir or Ms. Good Evening. I have a friend, Ken Fox, who is losing the ability of his legs to function normally to allow him to walk. His nervous system is not functioning in a manner to get his feet to move one foot in front of the other. How can he be helped. I am planning to come over to your office to discuss this issue with you sometime on Monday, September 23 during your regular "business" hours.
