Hello, I'm reaching out in some desperation. I have been ministering to an Iranian/American woman who found herself on the street in Vancouver near the end of June. I was able to place her immediately into the emergency shelter at Bybee Lakes Hope Center on Marine Drive where she has been ever since. I believe that her mental health issues are demonic oppression. She has also admitted that she thinks this is true. She has been trying to meet the requirements of the shelter for reentry, but is unable to do so. Although she has an Islamic background, she has confessed Christ with violent shudders that I witnessed. Can you help, or point me to someplace in Portland that might pray deliverance over her? Thank you.
