Defective items or incorrect order

Please contact us by phone or email if you received an incorrect order or received a defective product.  Every effort will be made to correct an error or replace a defective product with our apologies.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs via "Best Method Shipping"

Shipping of most items is usually between 7-10 days from date of order and we will notify you if there is an extended backorder item.

Extended Catalog items usually ship between 2-3 weeks. Because of this delay, we do not usually display this selection of products online.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
